Term of Use

Please carefully read these Terms of Use (the “Terms”) before using the websites (the “Sites”) operated by Kikkoman Corporation and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Kikkoman”).

By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by Kikkoman’s applicable Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Sites.

All information, including images, text, audio, and other materials (the “Content”) published on the Sites is owned by Kikkoman or by third parties who have licensed such Content to Kikkoman. Content is protected by copyright laws and other applicable laws.

Users may use Content only for personal, non-commercial purposes, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any other use without prior authorization may violate these Terms and applicable laws.

  1. TRADEMARKS

All names, logos, trademarks, service marks, and related identifiers (“Trademarks”) displayed on the Sites are the property of Kikkoman or its licensors. Nothing on the Sites grants any license or right to use any Trademark without prior written consent.

page and provide your website URL.

Frame links and links from websites that violate public order, morals, or applicable laws are strictly prohibited. Kikkoman reserves the right to refuse or revoke linking permission at its discretion.

File names, URLs, and page structures may be changed or removed without notice.

The Sites may contain links to third-party websites. Kikkoman does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of such third-party websites. Use of third-party websites is at your own risk.

Kikkoman makes reasonable efforts to ensure that Content on the Sites is accurate and up to date. However, Content is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Kikkoman does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability of the Sites.

  1. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

The Sites use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • analyze website traffic,
  • optimize website display, and
  • deliver advertisements, where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Unless otherwise specified, the Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Terms of Use or regarding the Sites.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Kikkoman may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will take effect upon posting on the Sites. Continued use of the Sites constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
